Kimberly Jean Rosen, born in the vibrancy of Chicago, Illinois, initially found her artistic expression as a dancer. Her journey took a surprising turn when she took on the role of Gretal, one of Helen Keller's blind friends, in a local play one memorable summer. Little did she know, this experience sparked a latent passion for acting that would resurface later in her life.

Her educational pursuits led her to Iowa State, where she delved into Education with a Dance Minor. After raising four children and dedicating 34 years to being a stay-at-home mom, Kim's life took her to Belgium, where she served as a Cheer/Dance Coach at the International School for 10 years.

Upon returning to the States, residing in WNY for 5 years, Kim faced a period of self-discovery as two of her children transitioned into adulthood. A move to Atlanta marked the beginning of her life as an empty nester. Recognizing Atlanta as the "Hollywood of the South," Kim, over a contemplative coffee morning, took the bold step of signing with a casting company.

Despite initial resistance from family and friends, Kim embraced the philosophy that it's never too late to pursue one's dreams. Three nights after making this decision, she found herself on the set of “Cooking Up Christmas”, launching her foray into acting. Modeling for a print ad followed, and the flood of opportunities continued.

Even in the face of the challenges posed by the onset of Covid, Kim remained undeterred. She invested in her craft, taking acting lessons with L.A.- based acting coach, Ken Braun, and training in the Actors Business Boot Camp and three week-long Monologue Challenges led by Aleksandra Jade.

Kim's story stands as a testament to the transformative power of exploration and her lifelong love for the arts. Moving forward, she envisions landing roles with Lifetime, (inspired by everything from “The ID Channel” to “Ripped from The Headlines”), and the heartwarming world of Hallmark, embodying the spirit of Christmas 365 days a year. In contrast, Kim is also deeply drawn to the allure of Horror. As an older actor, she sees herself bringing the scream factor to the big screen by skillfully portraying sinister characters. Kim's passion for diverse genres and commitment to the craft, make her a multifaceted performer ready to leave an indelible mark on the screen.
